Service levels and KPI

While we expect that the Service Provider will keep the Media Partners fully informed of any developments, site hits, demography of its readers, peak time, any major sponsorships and related opportunities. Dotmena suggest the following KPI, which we propose to incorporate within our reporting system:

  1. Qualititive and Quantitative performanceJust to expand on this qualitative KPI will include type of advertisement, material, relevance to the portal, variety of brands by industry, selec­tion relevance to the medium, geographical area, look and feel etc. Within quantitative KPI we will evaluate our performance against our own targets, longevity of any specific campaign, loyalty factors, and various analyses which will include rate factor, average revenue by period, by medium by specific opportunity
  2. Ratio of New vs. Returning Customers
  3. Total proposal Sent vs. rate of Response vs. average turnover by proposal
  4. Average value per booking
